Hey all you out there. Heres the next recipe for everyone! This is a great one for all you steak lovers out there. Hope you like it as much as I do!! Feel free to leave comments! I have the settings set now so that everyone can post comments. Your input is greatly appreciated!!
Bourbon Street Steak
1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
1/4 cup bourbon whiskey
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
4 beef rib, round, or chuck steaks (10 ounces each)
Combine all the ingredients except the steaks in a baking dish or resealable
plastic storage bag; mix well.
Add the steaks; cover (or seal) and
refrigerate for 2 hours, or overnight.
Preheat the grill to medium−high
heat. Grill the steaks for 12 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness,
turning them over halfway through the grilling.

ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
Hey everyone, hows you day going so far? Just thought Id get you in the mood for a great dinner!! Heres my next mouthwatering recipe. Hope you like it!
ENCHILADA CASSEROLE
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 lg. can enchilada sauce
1 lb. Jack cheese, grated
2 cans sliced olives
1 lb. ground beef
Directions:
1. Brown meat, grease round casserole bowl.
2. Place 2 tortillas on bottom, add some other ingredients and repeat until all is used.
3. Add only cheese and sauce at top.
4. Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes

CHERRY CHEESECAKE for calvinzorr

Cherry Cheesecake
50 minutes 10 servinge
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons margarine Melted
24 ounces cream cheese Softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1. Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 degrees F., 10 minutes.
2. Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
3. Add eggs, one at a time mixing well after each addition.
4. Blend in vanilla; pour over crust.
4. Bake at 450 degrees F., 10 minutes.
5. Reduce oven temperatur to 250 degrees F., continue baking 25 to 30 minutes or until set.
6.Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
7.Chill. Top with pie filling just before serving

Hot Wings
5 lbs. chicken wings
1 lb. butter
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. tobasco sauce
2 cups pancake syrup
1 tsp. onion powder
1. Bake chicken wings at 400 degrees until thoroughly cooked,
depending on size.
2. Mix all other ingredients and set aside.
3. Remove wings from oven and place in sauce mixture.
4. Serve with a lot of napkins.

Your 1st recipe, CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Hey! Me again..... Just thought I might as well give you guys some recipes.... So, every few days ill post up a new one! ok, hows that sound? Ill try to find all my favorites, some name brands, and whatever else I may find....Go ahead and send me a comment with what you all out there my like to have and Ill see what I can do..... Heres the first one for all of you......
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
1 pound fresh mushrooms, approximately 35−40
1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/2 pound crab claw meat
2 cups oyster crackers crushed
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper, ground
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1/2 cup water
6 white cheddar cheese, slices
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2) Saute celery, onion, and pepper in butter for 2 minutes, transfer to a
plate and cool in the refrigerator
3) While vegetables cool, wash mushrooms and remove stems
4) Set caps to the side and finely chop half of the stems. Discard the
other half of the stems or use elsewhere
5) Combine the sauteed vegetables, chopped mushroom stems, and all
other ingredients (except cheese slices) and mix well
6) Place mushroom caps in individual buttered casseroles or baking
dishes (about 6 caps each)
7) Spoon 1 teaspoon of stuffing into each mushroom
8) Cover with sliced cheese
9) Bake in oven for 12−15 minutes until cheese is lightly browned.
