SHRIMP SCAMPI

SHRIMP SCAMPI

3/4 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
6 Tbsp. margerine
1 Tbsp. green oninon, minced
1 Tbsp. oil
4 to 5 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
Dash of Hot Liquid Pepper
Lemon wedges


In a skillet, melt butter.

stir in onions, oil, garlic, lemon juice, and salt.

Cook until bubbly.

Add shrimp and cook until pink (approx. 5 mins.)

Blend in parsley, lemon peel, and hot sauce.

Serve with lemon wedges
